AI assistants

Let your AI assistant set up and keep your timetable.

Conciergr Timetable works with the AI assistant you already use: Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI app that can add a custom connector. Connect it once and it can do anything you can do in the staff app: add your branches and classes from your website or spreadsheet, set your fees and closed days, keep seats up to date, and invite your staff. It never messages your customers, and nothing shows on your timetable page until you say a branch is ready.

Watch first

Two short guides.

Already have a timetable? Set it up with Claude or ChatGPT

New? Start your timetable with ChatGPT

Step 1

Connect your AI app.

The address to add:

https://timetable.conciergr.com/mcp
  1. Claude (the app or claude.ai): Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector. Paste the address, then Connect.
  2. ChatGPT: on chatgpt.com in a web browser, open Plugins, press Add, then Add custom MCP server. Name it Conciergr Timetable, paste the address, leave Authentication on OAuth, and sign in when our page opens. The phone app can't add it yet, but uses it once it's added.
  3. Any other AI app that can add a custom connector (sometimes called an MCP server): the same address.

There is no API key: leave any client ID and client secret fields empty. Your AI app opens our page: type the code we email you, choose your business and press Connect. Not sure where the setting is? Paste this into your AI app and it walks you through it:

I want to add Conciergr Timetable to you as a custom connector (in Claude: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector; in ChatGPT, add it on chatgpt.com in a web browser: Plugins, Add, Add custom MCP server; the phone app can't add one yet, but uses it once it's added), so you can help me set up and keep my class timetable. Its MCP server address is https://timetable.conciergr.com/mcp. It signs in with OAuth: there is no API key, and any client ID and client secret fields stay empty, because Conciergr Timetable registers you automatically. Walk me through adding it in this app, one step at a time, and wait for me to say "done" after each step. When it's added, tell me how to use it in a chat.

Step 2

Paste this into a chat with the connector on.

Set up my class timetable in Conciergr Timetable for me, using the Conciergr Timetable connector. 1. Start with the connector's guide and get_overview, so you know what is already set and what is missing. 2. Learn my business before asking me anything: read my website and any timetable, schedule or price list I have (a spreadsheet, a PDF, a photo, my Google Drive). 3. Check the settings: country, time zone, currency, tax, what we call levels and subjects, and how customers reach us about a trial (WhatsApp, text, call or email, with the number or address). 4. Add our branches, levels, subjects and teachers, then all our classes with their days, times, months, rooms and class sizes. Check them with a dry run first and fix anything refused. 5. Add our fees and our closed days (holidays, breaks). 6. Interview me, a few questions at a time, for anything you couldn't find, such as class sizes, which classes take trial children, and when each run of classes ends. 7. Give me a short summary of everything you set and the link to my timetable page. Make a branch's timetable public only when I say so.

It reads your website and your timetable first, asks you a few questions at a time for whatever it couldn't find, checks your classes before saving them, and shows you a summary before anything goes public.

What it can do

Everything you can do in the staff app, and nothing more.

A connected AI app acts as the person who connected it, with exactly their access. An owner's AI app can change settings, branches, classes, fees, closed days and staff, and make a branch's timetable public. A staff member's AI app can do only what the owner lets that person do, at their own branches.

Three things stay with you in the staff app, because they last beyond the app's connection: making someone an owner, closing the account, and issuing API keys.

  • It never messages your customers.
  • Every change it makes shows in your history with the app's name beside yours.
  • You can disconnect it at any time in the staff app, under AI assistant, and it stops at once. If someone leaves your staff list, the AI app they connected stops working too.

You are responsible for what you ask it to do, and for what it does with what it reads. See our Terms and Privacy notice.

Using an AI assistant built into your browser (Chrome, Edge or ChatGPT's desktop app)? With the staff app open and signed in, ask it to work on your timetable: it can use the same actions with your sign-in, without connecting anything.

No timetable yet?

Your AI assistant can start one for you.

Paste this into your AI app. You type the code we email you and tick the Terms; it does the rest.

Start a Conciergr Timetable for my business and set it up for me. 1. Add Conciergr Timetable to yourself as a custom connector (in Claude: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector; in ChatGPT, add it on chatgpt.com in a web browser: Plugins, Add, Add custom MCP server; the phone app can't add one yet, but uses it once it's added). Its MCP server address is https://timetable.conciergr.com/mcp. It signs in with OAuth: there is no API key, and any client ID and client secret fields stay empty. Walk me through adding it, one step at a time. 2. When its page opens, I will type the code it emails me, tick the Terms and connect you. 3. Ask me my business's name, my name and our country, then start the timetable. 4. Then set it up: learn my business from my website and any timetable or price list I have, add our branches, classes, fees and closed days, interview me a few questions at a time for anything you couldn't find, and make a branch's timetable public only when I say so.

Rather do it yourself? Start your timetable with the form, and the staff help walks you through the app.

Questions

Common questions.

Which AI apps work?

Claude and ChatGPT, which we test, and any other AI app that can add a custom connector by its address: https://timetable.conciergr.com/mcp.

Does it cost anything?

No. Connecting your own AI app is free, like the staff app. Your AI app's own subscription is between you and its provider.

Can it message my customers?

No. It works on your timetable only. Your customers still reach you the way you chose, on your timetable page.

Will it put something wrong on my timetable page?

Nothing shows on your page until a branch is made live, and the setup prompt asks it to do that only when you say so. Every change is in your history, with the app's name.

How do I stop it?

In the staff app, open AI assistant and press Disconnect next to it. It stops at once.
